Backyard Concerts

Live music. Local talent. Community connection.

Welcome to the Summer Backyard Concerts — a unique series of live outdoor performances held every Sunday evening at 6:30 PM from May through August in backyards across Grand Forks.

These concerts are about more than music, they’re about creating connection, joy, and shared moments through sound and storytelling.

What to Expect

  • Inspiring performances by local musicians, guest artists, and student performers.
  • A relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere in beautiful backyard settings.
  • Music ranging from folk, Celtic, Balkan, and country to classical, pop, and original compositions
  • Occasional mini-workshops before concerts to learn or rehearse group pieces.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy an evening of community and creativity!
